ADVOCARE TRUST INC.
MEMBERSHIP
Advocare Trust, Inc. is a self-sustaining non-profit corporation. Operating funds are derived from the income and dividends generated by the invested enrollment fees. Membership is available upon approval of the Board of Director and full payment of the life time fee; all fees are nonrefundable.
An Administrative Fee is due at the time of contact signing. For options 1, the Administrative Fee is $250, for options 2 and 3 the Administrative Fee is $500.
There are three methods of enrollment:
1. The most economic and best option for those who are able is to pay the one-time cash payment of $72,000. Full payment of this fee will ensure activation whenever the Member feels they would like to begin monitoring services.
2. For others, a deferred payment plan can be created. After an initial 15% down payment of $11,250, payments can be made annually for up to 20 years at an interest rate of 3%. This plan requires a clause in your estate documents which directs the remaining balance be paid at your demise. This plan locks in the enrollment fee for the contract.
3. For those wishing to pay the enrollment fee at their demise, most the fee can be paid with the proceeds of a life insurance policy or through a specific bequest. We do require an 8% or $5,760. The down payment will be deducted from the current enrollment fee paid at the time of your death.
We request in all enrollments programs, that you speak with your adult child to insure we are invited to his/her support plan. This will insure we can get to know them and they get to know us prior to our full service.
Please note the Enrollment Fee changes annually. Please contact our office at 727-791-3972, to verify the fees listed.
